Attorney Robert Austrian

Rob Austrian has dedicated his practice to helping individuals and their families obtain justice. Mr. Austrian is a passionate advocate and aggressive litigator who takes pride in fighting for his clients and works tirelessly toward obtaining the best possible outcome.  He is licensed to practice in New York State and Pennsylvania. Mr. Austrian has obtained many successful resolutions on behalf of his clients. He primarily handles motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls, and construction accidents. Mr. Austrian will also handle New York State criminal matters on a selective basis. Prior to founding The Law Offices of Robert Austrian, PLLC, Mr. Austrian was an associate attorney at a top-tier plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in New York City. Additionally, Mr. Austrian was an Assistant District Attorney with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. During his tenure, Mr. Austrian handled hundreds of criminal matters and litigated a wide variety of criminal issues. As an Assistant District Attorney, he advocated for victims of crime, and he brings his experiences to The Grandelli Firm to advocate for victims of injustice. Mr. Austrian was also a paralegal and eventually a law clerk at a major national law firm in the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group.
